I began my career in retail pharmacy, progressing from staff pharmacist to district manager, where I trained and developed pharmacists into leadership positions. My transition into the pharmaceutical industry opened opportunities to lead Medical Affairs teams, train and mentor new MSLs, and drive strategic initiatives in medical education, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
